You're cordially invited
to the union of

coqui paperie

Coqui was begun because we saw a need for completely personalized wedding invitations
that were both fun and formal.

We picked the name Coqui because it’s super chic but still has a playful meaning — two things we strive to incorporate in every invitation we create for our couples.

fun fact

Our owner Elizabeth was obsessed with frogs growing up and the coqui is a Puerto Rican species

When Elizabeth meets with a couple, she can envision their wedding invitation in minutes.

Elizabeth Larson

AKA Etiquette expert, paper researcher, & psychic designer

founder & lead designer

One of Elizabeth’s favorite things is finding a way to put something personal in the invitation for you. Even when she’s creating the most traditional of stationery suites, she loves to find ways to weave in details that carry meaning for you as a couple into the collection.

Always up for a challenge and a natural researcher, Elizabeth can source even the hardest to find materials for your invitation design. With 15+ years of experience in stationery, she’s a wealth of knowledge and has the art of invitations down to a streamlined, stress-free science that our couples love.

Her keen eye for detail paired with her love of fonts and textures has resulted in over 750 unique and customized stationery designs for clients. Elizabeth’s work has been featured in Style Me Pretty, Wisconsin Bride, and Chicago Style Weddings. When she’s not designing paper, you can find her working on her house, hanging out with her dogs Pixel and Gizmo, sipping an iced coffee, watching Youtube videos, or spending weekends away at the family cabin.
